When it’s dark, you may feel afraid to take a step forward.
But if you can see even the smallest glimpse of light ahead, trust it—and move toward it.
More often than not, once you arrive there, another small space will reveal itself. And then another. This quiet unfolding continues as long as you keep your gaze lifted.
Take each step slowly and carefully, without overwhelming your sensitive heart.
Remember to be gentle with yourself; do not betray your heart.
If the next step feels like too much, it’s okay to pause. Rest.
You can begin again whenever you feel ready.
Angels’ Aid
Angels’ assistance comes your way when you take action. Do you know the spiritual reasoning behind this?
Your actions express your will more clearly than your thoughts. Through action, you signal to the Universe what you genuinely seek. And because the Universe respects your will, support begins to flow.
When your intentions are positive, your actions naturally carry that energy. This creates a gentle, positive cycle—one where clarity, ideas, and confidence begin to grow within you.
A Small Story from the Garden
Recently, I’ve been spending time in my mother’s garden when the sunlight calls me outside.
She is now over 80, and her once-impeccably maintained garden could use a helping hand. She doesn’t openly ask for help, but I find quiet joy in pulling weeds, so I tend to it in my own way.
Still, it is her garden, and I have only limited knowledge of her plants and flowers. Even weeding requires care. Asking for her guidance could be helpful and even kind—but that would mean working together, and I treasure the quiet solitude I find there.

So instead, I begin by observing. I look for a small area where I feel confident I can work on without causing harm. Then, I simply start—though most of the time, I have no clear idea how it will unfold.
The other day, I chose to clear away dry, withered leaves around the round stepping stones laid out to form a path. It felt like a safe place to begin.
As I removed the pale, brittle layer on the surface, what lay hidden beneath slowly revealed itself. Gradually, the natural look of the ground was also beginning to appear in my mind’s eye.
Only after clearing that first layer could I recognise the weeds underneath and remove them with confidence.
The First Step
That experience reminded me of something simple yet essential:
You don’t need to see the whole path. Knowing the first step is enough.
Once you take it, the next will appear.
Without that first step, nothing begins.
And without your action—your will—Angels cannot offer their help.

P.S. My way of pulling up weeds is to remove them completely—from the roots, not just the surface. Certain weeds come out with very little effort, and the feeling of sliding the whole root out is very pleasant. It’s a relatively slow but, I think, clean way to work, and deeply satisfying. My sister doesn’t have the patience to pull from the root and prefers a faster method; seeing a wide area cleared at once gives her more satisfaction. My mother uses both approaches. How about you?
