Aloha! Recently, I often got this reminder from angels and was feeling the need to share as well; today, let me write about it—it’s about being yourself.
I like looking at a kite (bird of prey) soaring freely across the blue sky as it makes me feel good. Probably, it may provide me with a simulated experience of flying. But, of course, kites have no idea that they’ve been giving me such comforts. They fly because that’s what they do as who they are.
I suppose the same goes for humans: you never know even if there is someone who feels good by looking at you doing nothing special but ordinary things in your way.
Needless to say, you should behave as who you are not only for others but yourself.
The more you are being yourself, the simpler things will be and the lighter you will feel—that’s because God/the Creator/the Universe (whatever you call it) wants you to be yourself and is helping you to do so.
Being yourself is the ultimate role you should be playing on earth.
If you have yet to see the importance of being yourself, think about why we all have different DNAs: we are meant to be different and create the perfect harmony on earth by purely being ourselves—we all are equally important as a member of the orchestra.
If you don’t see yourself being your true self, be conscious of your choices; stop doing things “for nothing special”; stop pretending to feel or act other than yourself. When you have to choose something, think about this way: which option will make you be more yourself?
Being yourself should be the highest priority in your life. It is critical that you are aware of the fact that you’re playing an irreplaceable role and contributing to harmony in the world by just being yourself.
